The LPS-Team welcomes Anna-Christine EID

We are happy to welcome Anna-Christine as new Group Leader at LPS-BIOSCIENCES.

With a PhD in Biochemistry earned at Université Paris Saclay (France) between 2019 and 2022, Anna Christine brings a specialization in the develoopment of artificial chimeric metalloenzymes with two distinct active sites. Her expertise extends to the fusion of catalytic domains derived from two closely related enzymes, which were purified and characterized during her doctoral research.

Subsequent to completing her PhD, she embarked on a post-doctoral journey at TBI, INSA Toulouse (2022-2024), in collaboration with Servier. During this period, she actively contributed to an industrial project centered around the chemo-enzymatic synthesis of a pharmaceutical compound.
