I. Hosting

Hosting and facilities management services are provided by KAMUI DIGITAL SANTÉ, 10 Rue de Penthièvre, 75008 Paris.


II. Personal data

LPS-BioSciences informs users of this website that the processing of personal data carried out is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, which came into force on May 25, 2018, known as GDPR) and the provisions of the so-called “Informatique et Libertés” law (law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended).

Personal data collected in connection with the use of the website is used for the purposes of:

  • Registration: data required to register users for identification and authentication on the platform (identification, contact details). This data is necessary for the execution of the contract to which the person concerned is a party (acceptance of the platform’s GCU). This data is kept for a period of 2 years from the last contact in the event of inactivity on the user’s personal account, or 30 days from the user’s request for deletion.
  • Contact forms and/or newsletter: identification and contact data. This data is kept until the user requests unsubscription or deletion of his/her account.
  • Improvement of user experience and statistics relating to site consultation (cookies). This data is kept for a period of 13 months.

LPS-BioSciences takes care to verify that the above-mentioned subcontractors and partners or suppliers strictly respect the security and confidentiality of your data, in compliance with applicable regulations. LPS-BioSciences does not authorize its third-party service providers to use personal data for their own purposes.

Personal data may also be communicated to any authorized administrative or judicial authority or, more generally, to any authorized third party, in order to meet its legal or regulatory obligations. The list of subcontractors and data recipients is available at any time on request from the contact address given below.

LPS-BioSciences does not reuse or commercialize processed personal data, whatever the context or purpose of the processing.

The information collected and processed will be kept for the time necessary to meet the aforementioned purposes.

LPS-BioSciences undertakes to implement the most protective technical and organizational measures for users’ personal data, confidentiality and security. Furthermore, in the event of a security incident affecting users’ personal data (destruction, loss, alteration or disclosure), LPS-BioSciences undertakes to comply with the obligation to notify the relevant Data Protection Authority (CNIL) of any personal data breaches as soon as possible.

Furthermore, the user undertakes to inform LPS-BioSciences immediately of any fraudulent use of his or her individual space or of any other security incident of which he or she may become aware.

Users of the site have a right of access, rectification, deletion and portability of their data. LPS-BioSciences informs users that some of these rights are not absolute and are subject to exceptions. They may choose to restrict the use of their data or define directives concerning the fate of their data after their death. They may also object to the processing of their data where appropriate.

In the event of doubt as to the identity of the person making the request, LPS-BioSciences reserves the right to verify the latter’s identity. The user will receive a reply within one month.

III. Cookies
